We're working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering a broad range of projects across sectors including infrastructure, highways, earthworks and structural works. With a strong order book and continued growth, the business is looking to strengthen its pre-construction team with the appointment of an Estimator or Senior Estimator.
The Role
You’ll be involved throughout the tender lifecycle, supporting the preparation of competitive and commercially robust bids across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and specifications
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and pricing project packages
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Producing cost build-ups for labour, plant and materials
