With a solid pipeline of work heading into 2025, they are seeking a talented Design Manager to join their team and take charge of key projects in the new year. Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead the design management process for projects valued up to £10M (package) Review and coordinate faade designs, working closely with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications. Act as the key liaison between the design team, site teams, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Identify and resolve design challenges, optimising project buildability and efficiency. Manage design schedules and ensure timely delivery of all design-related elements.
