Whether you're an established Engineer ready for the next step or already operating at Senior level, the business can offer exposure to projects from pre-planning through to detailed design and construction.
The Role
You'll be working as part of a multidisciplinary design team delivering infrastructure solutions across a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

You'll have the opportunity to manage smaller projects independently while contributing to larger schemes alongside senior colleagues.
For more experienced candidates, there will be opportunities to mentor junior engineers and technicians, review technical work and take increasing ownership of project delivery.
The business actively encourages engineers to gain experience across multiple sectors and disciplines, helping develop well-rounded engineers with strong technical and commercial understanding.
What We're Looking For
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng preferred).
Experience within a civil engineering consultancy environment.
Experience in drainage, highways, infrastructure or development design projects.
Working knowledge of relevant design standards and approval processes.
Proficiency with Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage workload across multiple projects.
Working towards or interested in pursuing professional qualification (EngTech, IEng or CEng).
For Senior level candidates, experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating project delivery would be beneficial.
Why Apply?
This consultancy places significant emphasis on training, technical development and long-term career progression. As an ICE-approved training provider, they offer structured support towards professional qualifications and Chartership, alongside ongoing CPD and mentoring from experienced engineers.
You'll join a collaborative team environment with exposure to a wide range of project types, genuine responsibility from an early stage and clear opportunities to progress your career as the business continues to grow.
