Senior Civil Engineer - Civil & Structural Consultancy
An established civil and structural engineering consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer to join its London team.
Working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, education, leisure and refurbishment projects, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to take on greater technical responsibility within a collaborative, design-led consultancy.
The Role
- Deliver civil engineering design across a range of building and infrastructure projects.
- Develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions from initial design through to construction.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Manage technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring designs meet relevant standards and client requirements.
- Attend site visits and liaise with project teams during construction.
- Support and mentor junior engineers, contributing to the development of the wider team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil engineering consultancy.
- Strong technical design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering projects within a multidisciplinary design environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Chartered or working towards chartership would be advantageous.
