About the Role Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial projects team. In this role, you'll manage all cost-related aspects of our contracts-from initial calculations to final account-ensuring profitability and effective cost control. You'll work closely with internal teams and our supply chain to manage risk, improve margin, and maintain our reputation for quality and accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial elements of major projects in line with Dalkia processes. Conduct feasibility studies and understand customer requirements. Monitor and control subcontractor accounts, including applications, variations, and payments. Provide accurate forecasting of final accounts and cash flow. Identify and manage commercial risks throughout project lifecycle. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on financial matters.
