What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing valuations, cost reporting, forecasts and applications for payment.
- Monitoring project budgets, variations and commercial performance.
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management.
- Administering JCT contracts and assisting with final accounts.
- Working closely with project, design, and site teams to drive commercial success.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
General Experience Required:
- Proven QS experience within a main contractor in the high-end fit out sector.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Experience with valuations, variations and cost control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Commercially aware, proactive and detail-focused.
- Essex based preferred.
