A rapidly growing and well-established construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects within the residential, commercial, education, and public sectors, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for delivering a full range of cost management services, including:
- Pre- and post-contract cost management
- Cost planning, estimating, and budgeting
- Procurement advice and tender management
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Risk management and value engineering
- Client liaison and provision of strategic commercial advice
- Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors
- Contributing to business development and client growth
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Quantity Surveyor operating at Senior level
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
- Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge
- Confident managing projects and client relationships independently
- A strong communicator with a collaborative approach
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing consultancy
Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, or public sector projects would be highly advantageous.
