What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing valuations, cost reporting, forecasts and applications for payment
  • Monitoring project budgets, variations and commercial performance
  • Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
  • Administering JCT contracts and assisting with final accounts
  • Working closely with project, design, and site teams to drive commercial success
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers

General Experience Required:

  • Proven QS experience within main contractor in the high-end fit out sector
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
  • Experience with valuations, variations and cost control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Commercially aware, proactive and detail-focused
  • Essex based preferred
