A privately owned, multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Revit Technician (MEP) to join its growing Building Services team. The business works across a wide range of complex and high-profile developments throughout the UK, delivering integrated consultancy solutions on major infrastructure and mixed-use schemes.

The Role
As a Revit Technician within the MEP team, you will play a key role in the delivery and coordination of high-quality building services models across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, industrial and regeneration projects. Responsibilities will include:
- Producing detailed 3D MEP models in Revit across multiple project stages
- Supporting the coordination and production of mechanical and electrical building services drawings and models
- Carrying out clash detection and model coordination using Revit and Navisworks
- Working closely with engineers, consultants and external design teams to resolve technical issues
- Assisting with BIM deliverables in line with project standards and best practice
- Supporting model audits, coordination reviews and design compliance processes
- Preparing information for design reviews, construction and project handover
- Collaborating with internal teams, contractors, clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Supporting continuous improvement of BIM workflows and processes
What They're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Revit Technician within an MEP or Building Services environment
- Strong Revit capabilities with experience producing coordinated 3D MEP models
- Experience carrying out clash detection and technical coordination
- Understanding of BIM standards, workflows and collaborative working practices
- COBie knowledge or experience would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
