  • Landlord representation and professional Building Surveying advice
  • Managing refurbishment, repair and improvement projects
  • Direct liaison with landlords, occupiers, consultants and other stakeholders

The role can be shaped around your existing expertise while giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience across other service lines.

Why Consider It?

This is more than simply another Building Surveying position. The team can offer genuine exposure to prestigious assets and major clients, alongside the backing and opportunities that come with joining a recognised name within the property market. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships and develop your career in a direction that suits your strengths and ambitions. There is real scope for personal development and progression, whether you are an established Senior Surveyor looking for the next step or operating at Associate or Associate Director level and looking for a platform where you can continue building your profile.

You'll ideally have:

  • Professional Building Surveying experience within the commercial property sector
  • Experience across some of the core services above
  • Strong commercial awareness
