Associate Civil Engineer to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone with

10-15 years of experience , including UK-based project delivery, who's ready to take the lead on significant projects while mentoring others and shaping technical strategy.

Role Highlights

  • Lead the civil engineering delivery on multi-disciplinary projects across sectors like residential, public realm, commercial, and education.
  • Manage design teams, project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Drive sustainable infrastructure solutions including complex Su DS, drainage strategy, flood risk assessments, and earthworks.
  • Represent the civil engineering discipline in meetings, tenders, and strategy discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading civil engineering design and project teams.
  • Chartered (or Incorporated) Engineer with strong technical skills in
  • Civil 3D and

Micro Drainage/Info Drainage .

  • Experience managing clients, contracts, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • A proactive mentor who supports junior staff development and knowledge sharing.
  • Commercially aware with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
