I am delighted to be working with a well‐established construction consultancy who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Hampshire team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to broaden their project exposure and play a key role in delivering schemes across multiple sectors.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a dynamic consultancy environment where no two days are the same. You'll be working on projects ranging from bespoke residential developments and education facilities through to complex commercial schemes. You'll manage costs, contracts, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget, while upholding the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies.
