Are you a Utility Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Join a respected and established infrastructure services provider delivering surveying and mapping support across some of the UK\’s most demanding and technically complex environments.

You\’ll play a vital role in identifying and mapping underground utilities to protect live assets, enable safe construction, and support critical maintenance and upgrade projects. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills where they really matter – preventing service strikes, reducing risk, and keeping major operations running smoothly.

This opportunity will also provide progression, development and interesting projects to work on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out utility detection surveys using GPR, EML, and other technologies
  • Producing high-accuracy utility maps in line with PAS 128 and industry standards
  • Supporting project teams with service avoidance planning and site safety insights
  • Delivering clear survey outputs using AutoCAD, N4CE, or GIS platforms
  • Contributing to topographical, as-built, and condition surveys as required

What We\’re Looking For

  • Solid experience as a Utility Surveyor in infrastructure, construction, or asset management
  • Strong understanding of GPR and EML technology, with a focus on data quality and safety
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drawing platforms
  • Familiarity with PAS 128 and HSG47
  • CSCS card essential; additional site certifications welcome
  • Excellent communication and a proactive approach to problem solving
