The Role Deliver commercial support across major water infrastructure projects. Manage costs, valuations, variations and financial reporting. Administer NEC contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent stakeholder management. Attend project and client meetings, acting as a trusted commercial advisor. About You Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK construction industry. Previous experience delivering water sector projects is essential. Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts . Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach. Full UK driving licence preferred.
