  • London EC2 | £38k-£48k + travel to work paid

We are looking for a forward-thinking and dynamic structural technician with a few years of experience in either Tekla or Revit, who would enjoy the challenge of complex temporary works design.

This role works in a fast‑paced, contractor‑led environment and requires a candidate good at thinking outside the box.

It is the design arm of a large main contractor and is employee‑owned, providing EOT bonus benefits and travel to/from the office paid.

Responsibilities

  • Design temporary works solutions for complex building schemes, including major façade retentions and various complicated London building schemes.
  • You will also be involved in projects involving hoardings, barriers, formwork, scaffolding hoists, fabrication design, connection design, Cat 3 checks, heavy temporary works and all sorts of exciting challenges.
  • Stay flexible and communicate effectively to produce tailored, one‑off solutions for unique sites.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Several years of experience in Tekla or Revit.
  • Forward‑thinking, flexible and a good communicator.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to absorb new information.
