Are you a dynamic go-getter keen to make your mark in a small structural design practice? This role is aimed at a mid to senior level candidate with several years of buildings structural design experience including RC frame design, and an interest in architecture. You should be keen to attain your Chartership if not already achieved.
Strong technical background and good client-facing skills are essential. You will be joining a dynamic and innovative structural design practice based in SE1, be involved in hands-on design, running projects and attending meetings.
The firm has a high proportion of Chartered Engineers, a diverse team and a wide range of experience with a proven track record in delivering quality buildings design projects in both the UK and Europe. Their portfolio comprises an impressive variety of work including private residential developments, large-scale commercial projects, environmental, education, and leisure buildings. They also have experience in the conservation of historic buildings and undertake more specialist commissions including glass structures and bespoke art installations.
Their combination of design-led practice, transparent communication and creative flair - along with their innovative approach to problem solving - delivers outstanding value for their clients. They have a great variety of work and ideally you should have experience in both refurbishment and new-build projects.
Candidates will need to demonstrate experience of a range of completed projects, be well organised with the ability to deliver a number of projects on a day-to-day basis.
