A leading London fit out contractor is looking for a Technical Services Manager to join their growing team. This is a confidential hire for a well-established business delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B schemes. You’ll be working on short programme projects (up to 12 weeks), often running multiple jobs simultaneously, so pace, organisation, and clear decision-making are critical.

The role:

  • Lead technical services from pre-construction through to handover
  • Manage multiple live projects at the same time (fast turnover environment)
  • Coordinate MEP design, procurement, and installation
  • Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and programme alignment
  • Drive delivery against tight deadlines without compromising standards
