Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:- Lead the successful delivery of major projects and programmes across the full lifecycle
- Provide expert advice to clients on programme, risk, cost, and overall delivery strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Prepare and present detailed monthly reports, project programmes, and risk updates
- Drive clear communication, governance, and decision-making throughout project teams
- Develop and implement robust project delivery strategies to achieve client objectives
