What you'll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional project and programme management across the full lifecycle
- Advising clients on cost, timelines, risks, and key project considerations
- Building and managing strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Producing clear, insightful monthly reports (programmes, risk registers, etc.)
- Driving effective communication strategies across project teams
- Developing and executing robust delivery plans to meet project objectives
- Challenging conventional approaches and thriving in dynamic environments
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and outcomes
What we're looking for:
- Degree-qualified in Project Management or a related construction discipline
- Working towards (or already holding) a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or equivalent
- Proven experience managing projects from inception through to completion
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
- Commercial or developer-side experience (highly desirable)
- Solid understanding of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities
- Confident delivering a high-quality service to clients
