You'll deliver a broad range of professional building surveying services while playing an important role in the consultancy's expanding cladding and fire safety offering.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building lasting client relationships, and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll

Manage a diverse range of building surveying instructions from initial appointment through to completion.

Carry out condition surveys, defect diagnosis and building pathology investigations.

Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment, repair and fit-out projects.

Deliver cladding assessments, fire safety surveys and remediation advice.

Provide guidance on Building Regulations, statutory compliance and fire safety requirements.

Produce high-quality technical reports, specifications, schedules of condition and dilapidations documentation.

Undertake technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys.

You'll be an MRICS-qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with

Strong technical knowledge of construction, building pathology and contract administration.

The ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining exceptional standards.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills with confidence in front of clients.

A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
