Role Highlights: Lead the civil engineering delivery on multi-disciplinary projects across sectors like residential, public realm, commercial, and education. Manage design teams, project timelines, budgets, and client relationships. Drive sustainable infrastructure solutions including complex SuDS, drainage strategy, flood risk assessments, and earthworks. Represent the civil engineering discipline in meetings, tenders, and strategy discussions. What We're Looking For: Proven experience leading civil engineering design and project teams. Chartered (or Incorporated) Engineer with strong technical skills in Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage .
