This role is aimed at a candidate with extensive experience of buildings design, versatile and highly motivated, experienced in all the main materials and proficient at project delivery.

You should be keen to contribute to the senior management of the business and keen to take additional responsibility as the role develops.

The team are a highly professional and well established firm with a loyal client base. They are very busy and expanding.

Current workload includes large regeneration schemes, residential, commercial, education, sports facilities, heritage works and maritime projects.

The firm has over 40 staff, and a low staff turn over.

Their loyal employees demonstrate that they are a great place to work.

A range of structural and civil engineering services are supplied including building surveys, feasibility studies, reports and full engineering design.

They are a progressive practice and work on interesting buildings schemes.

Priority will be given to candidates who live within reasonable commuting distance of Sevenoaks.

Excellent communication skills are essential.
