Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London, The City.
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000, depending on candidate experience.

The Quantity Surveyor Role:
You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including residential, education, commercial and defence.
Skills Required:
- Cost planning & valuations.
- Change control & contract administration.
- Procurement support.
- Interim & final accounts.
- Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- JCT expertise (NEC4 exposure is a bonus!)
