Job Description Looking for your next move in civil engineering?I'm working with a well-established infrastructure contractor that's looking to add a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across major infrastructure projects, offering long-term career development and the chance to make a real impact.

The Role Manage project costs from tender through to final account.

Prepare valuations, cost reports and forecasts.

Monitor budgets, commercial risks and project performance.

Procure and manage subcontractors.

Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial processes.

Build strong working relationships with clients, project teams and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, construction or infrastructure.

Good commercial awareness and cost management skills.

Knowledge of NEC contracts is highly desirable.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
