Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor

This company specialises in Design & Build (D&B) schemes and is looking for someone with ideally around 3-5 years\’ experience in the industry – someone confident and commercially aware, who\’s ready to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role in the near future.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing costs across the full project lifecycle – from tender stage to final account
- Preparing valuations, cost reports, and forecasts for internal and client use
- Administering subcontractor packages – procurement, payments, and variations
- Monitoring project budgets, identifying risks, and implementing cost-control measures
- Working closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial alignment
- Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager in the delivery of multiple construction projects
- Attending project and client meetings as required
- Ensuring all work complies with company procedures and contractual obligations
