My client, a respected and growing construction consultancy, is seeking both a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team in the South West.

About the Client: This dynamic consultancy has earned a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services across sectors including commercial, residential, education, and public sector. They pride themselves on a collaborative culture, client-focused delivery, and long-term staff development.

The Roles:

  • Project Manager (PM): Ideal for someone with 3+ years of consultancy or client-side experience, looking to step up into managing small to medium projects with increasing responsibility.
  • Senior Project Manager (SPM): Suited to those with 5+ years of experience managing complex construction projects, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing full project lifecycles from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects across various sectors
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Support and mentor junior staff (SPM role)
