Project ManagerConstruction Consultancy | London£50k to £60kI am working with a highly respected construction consultancy with an outstanding reputation in the London market. Known for delivering iconic and award-winning projects across multiple sectors, this consultancy is recognised for both the quality of its work and the strength of its client relationships.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join their London team. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple lower-value projects concurrently, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to gain end-to-end delivery experience across a diverse portfolio.
The RoleYou will be responsible for the successful delivery of several projects at different stages, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing projects from inception through to completion
Acting as the day-to-day client interface, building trusted relationships
Overseeing programme, cost and risk management
Coordinating consultants and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
Managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
