The Role As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will take a leading role in the delivery of mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion.

You will provide technical leadership, manage client relationships and support the continued growth of the Birmingham office.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive project delivery, develop junior engineers and contribute to business development activities.

Leading the mechanical design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors.

Managing projects through all RIBA stages.

Providing technical leadership and quality assurance across project teams.

Coordinating with electrical, sustainability and BIM teams.

Supporting business development and helping to strengthen existing client relationships.

Contributing to resource planning and the continued growth of the Birmingham office.

Extensive experience within a building services consultancy environment.

A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.

Proven experience leading mechanical building services projects.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and building services design.

A commercial mindset and an interest in helping grow a developing office.
