Quantity Surveyor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established specialist civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure and ground engineering projects across the UK.
Working within an experienced commercial team, you'll be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to final account while developing your career within a growing business.
Managing project costs and commercial performance.
Procuring and managing subcontractors.
Preparing valuations, applications and final accounts.
Administering NEC contracts, including compensation events.
Managing change control and commercial risk.
Working closely with operational teams to maximise project profitability.
Building and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure.
Background within ground engineering, piling, rail, highways, utilities or wider civil engineering projects is advantageous.
Strong communication and commercial skills.
Full UK driving licence.
