My client is expanding their Cambridge team and is looking for a MRICS Building Surveyor to play a central role in a business at a pivotal stage of growth. The role
You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of building surveying projects, providing technical leadership, client advice, and practical solutions. Working across a variety of projects, you’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality outcomes while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the growth of the Cambridge office.
Key responsibilities
- Leading building surveying projects from inception to completion
- Producing technical reports, condition surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Driving best practice and ensuring high-quality project delivery
