The role

  • Manage commercial delivery of M&E projects across multiple sectors
  • Take ownership from pre-contract through to final account
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager on strategy, risk, and growth
  • Support or lead procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and variations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Input into improving processes as the business continues to expand
