Their Manchester team is growing, and they're looking for an Intermediate or Senior Building Surveyor who wants the opportunity to take ownership of their work and build a career with a business that genuinely invests in its people.
The project portfolio spans education, healthcare, residential, commercial and public sector clients, giving you the chance to work across both professional surveying instructions and project delivery.
Inspecting - condition, defect, measured and dilapidation surveys
Delivering - managing contract administration and projects from initial instruction through to completion
A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Strong experience across professional and project-based surveying
The confidence to manage instructions and projects independently
Excellent technical, report writing and client-facing skills
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach
Salary up to 60,000, depending on experience
