The Role:

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of designing electrical systems that align with each client's vision and aesthetic. You'll be responsible for specifying components, creating layouts, and ensuring seamless integration across services. You'll work on systems including:

  • Lighting (internal, display, and external)
  • Small Power & LV Distribution
  • Fire Alarms, Sprinklers & Security Systems
  • AV, Data, Digital Signage
  • Renewable Technologies (e.g. PV, battery storage)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and check technical drawings
  • Draft technical reports aligned with client briefs
  • Support or lead aspects of project delivery
  • Review work of junior engineers and offer informal mentoring
  • Conduct site visits and flag issues as required
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers
  • Delegate to technicians and graduates where needed
  • Monitor project performance against timelines and budgets

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in electrical design for building services
  • Proficient in DIALux, RELUX, and Trimble/Amtech
  • Comfortable using AutoCAD and Revit for drawing and modelling
