The Role:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lifecycle works.
- Support the Maintenance Manager while supervising a team of Maintenance Operatives to ensure high service standards, compliance and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Allocate and prioritise reactive maintenance, PPM and lifecycle works.
- Supervise, coach and develop Maintenance Operatives.
- Support the Maintenance Manager and deputise in their absence.
- Coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Manage compliance, audits, RAMS, Legionella and CAFM records.
- Drive KPIs, resident satisfaction and excellent customer service.
About You:
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader experience.
- Strong building maintenance and facilities knowledge.
- Experience managing reactive and planned maintenance.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and statutory compliance.
- Confident leading teams and coordinating contractors.
- Organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Happy working shifts, weekends and participating in an on-call rota.
