The Role: As a Maintenance Operative, you'll carry out reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and general building upkeep across modern residential properties. Working alongside the wider site team, you'll ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and well-presented.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reactive and planned maintenance (PPM)
- Basic plumbing, painting, decorating and general handyman repairs
- Daily building inspections using a CAFM system/iPad
