Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for the opportunity to take ownership of high-profile residential developments from inception through to completion? We're working exclusively with a highly respected, independent construction and property consultancy that's continuing to expand its Project Management team. Due to a growing pipeline of residential schemes, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager who can hit the ground running and confidently lead projects on behalf of a diverse client base.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied portfolio including private residential developments, affordable housing, Build-to-Rent, mixed-use schemes and mid to high-rise apartment developments, acting as the client's trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll act as the Employer's Agent across multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the client's commercial and contractual objectives.
You'll be responsible for:
- Acting as Employer's Agent under JCT Design & Build contracts
- Representing client interests throughout the full project lifecycle
- Leading procurement and tender processes
- Managing programmes, budgets, quality and project risks
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Chairing project meetings and driving project delivery
- Monitoring contractor performance and contract compliance
- Administering contract instructions, notices and certifications
- Managing practical completion, defects periods and final
