Ready to step up, or already leading from the front? Want real ownership of projects - not just spreadsheets? Looking for a role where your commercial decisions actually shape delivery? An established M&E contractor is looking to strengthen their commercial team following an internal change. They're open-minded on level - whether you're an experienced QS who can run projects independently, or stepping into a QS role and want hands-on support from a strong Commercial Lead. - Strong understanding of cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Proven ability in valuations, variations and final accounts
- Confidence managing subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations
- Experience with various contract forms (e.g. JCT / NEC) and how they work in practice

- Genuine flexibility on level - the role will be shaped around you
- Direct access to decision-makers - no layers, no politics
- Opportunity to accelerate your career quickly
- Up to £75,000 depending on experience
- Long-term progression opportunity
