My client is a well-established medium-sized Project & Cost Management consultancy operating for over 30 years. They work across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial, as well as interesting, challenging, and unusual projects within the entertainment, leisure, and heritage sectors.

They pride themselves on home-growing staff and staff retention, offering support to all employees in training and development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pre-contract documents including cost plans and preparing tender documents
  • Managing projects on site

Their project values range from £250m to £60m, providing plenty of opportunities to gain experience in running your own projects from inception through to completion.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified QS level, either looking to finish their APC or newly qualified
  • Experience working on a variety of different projects
