An ambitious and growing construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager looking to take on greater responsibility, work closely with senior leadership, and play an active role in the growth of a thriving business.
The successful candidate will deliver a variety of commercial property projects across London, managing schemes from inception through to completion. Current workloads are focused on office refurbishment and fit-out projects, with opportunities to gain exposure to other sectors as the consultancy continues to expand.
The Opportunity
Working directly with clients, consultants and contractors, you will be responsible for driving projects forward, managing programmes, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery.
Projects typically include:
- Commercial office refurbishments
- Workplace fit-outs
- Building remodelling and upgrade schemes
- Select new-build developments
About You
- Around 4+ years' experience in Project Management within the construction or property sector
- Experience delivering commercial projects, particularly within office environments
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and client relationships
- Organised, commercially aware and capable of taking ownership of projects
- Keen to develop your career within a growing consultancy environment
