Looking to build your estimating career with a respected Main Contractor? We're working with an established, privately owned Main Contractor that's continuing to grow its commercial team. Due to an increasing workload across refurbishment, fit-out and framework projects, they're looking to recruit an Estimator or Assistant Estimator to work closely with an experienced manager, offering genuine mentorship and long-term career progression.
You'll support the preparation and submission of competitive tenders across a wide range of projects, including:
- Commercial fit-outs
- Education projects
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Identifying commercial risks and value engineering opportunities
- Working closely with the commercial and operational teams to secure new projects
2-3 years' estimating experience with a Main Contractor
Excellent attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
Able to commute to the South East London office five days per week
Competitive salary depending on experience
