The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a self-sufficient
Lead Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join a specialist contractor focused on the restoration and preservation of architectural heritage. Our client combines traditional craftsmanship with modern construction management techniques, delivering high-quality restoration and specialist works across significant buildings and heritage projects. The successful QS will take commercial ownership of a circa £2m refurbishment and upgrade project at a well known hotel, offering special golf and spa facilities. This is a key role where you will be expected to operate autonomously, manage the commercial function and work closely with the wider project team.
The Role:
