We are working in partnership with a leading, fast-growing consultancy as they continue to expand their Building Surveying team. With a strong national presence and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to join a construction consultancy firm at a key stage of their development.

They are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join an established and growing London team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients across the Southern region. This role offers a balanced workload across both project and professional services:

  • Delivering a wide range of project work, including refurbishments, fit-outs, and capital works programmes
  • Undertaking professional instructions such as condition surveys, technical due diligence, and general advisory services
  • Working across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, commercial, healthcare, heritage and more, supporting a broad client base

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Chartered Building Surveyor:

  • Lead and deliver building surveying projects from inception through to completion
  • Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis, and prepare detailed reports
  • Manage refurbishment and fit-out schemes, including contract administration duties
