This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director in Mechanical Engineering to join their London team. You'll be taking a lead role in driving multidisciplinary design delivery, setting technical standards, and shaping engineering solutions that directly impact critical UK infrastructure.

The role:

  • Lead and direct mechanical engineering design teams, ensuring quality and compliance with UK standards.
  • Define scopes of work, prepare and lead bid proposals.
  • Manage budgets, resources and programmes to meet key project milestones.
  • Collaborate with national and international teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Grow and develop mechanical engineering capability within the practice.
