Are you an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer who would be keen for the challenge of working on high security buildings projects and leading a structural team? A 60 strong specialist multi-disciplinary design consultancy is needing to grow their team due to many projects. They are a highly accredited award-winning firm. Projects are mainstream building structures in all the main materials, including accommodation, modular, commercial buildings, office etc., but all in a high security setting on sensitive sites for clients such as governments, MOD, MOJ etc.

For this reason, you will need to hold a British passport and be eligible for security clearance. If you already have experience in this type of work and SC in place, this would be very beneficial.

The role will include:

  • Taking responsibility for the structural side of the projects
  • Liaison with external and internal departments
  • Hands-on design
  • Running the small structural team

The role could either be based from their Portsmouth or Monmouth offices. Excellent benefits in addition to base salary.
