Are you a Site Agent looking to be a part of exciting Civil Engineering projects? Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Site Agent to join their delivery team on a Civil Engineering infrastructure project. As Site Agent, you will take full responsibility for managing a section of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be empowered to lead from the front, driving a 'right first time' culture while contributing to the long-term success of the project.

  • Take ownership of planning, programming, and delivery of your section of works
  • Produce and monitor construction programmes and progress reports
  • Manage cost plans and oversee contractual elements of the project
  • Work closely with commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Lead on health, safety, environment, and quality compliance
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Works Managers to meet key milestones
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality handover of completed works

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

Previous experience in a Site Agent or similar role within civil engineering/infrastructure

SMSTS & CSCS certification

Full UK driving licence
