Would you like to be part of the team in a successful and award winning structural engineering consultancy based in South West London? The company is actively growing due to its continually increasing workload and as a result they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to join the creative, innovative and dedicated team.
You should have several years of structural design experience in the buildings sector and ideally be Chartered or nearing this status. The practice is well established and expanding due to its continually increasing workload. The firm works mainly in the high end residential sector, both new build and refurbishment, often bespoke projects involving basement design and multi-storey schemes. Other projects include commercial schemes such as schools, data centres, public sector schemes, vertical extensions, re-cladding work. Projects normally range from £150,000 up to £10m. They also get involved in various temporary works design solutions.
The ideal candidate will be technically excellent from a design point of view and commercially aware. The office is a lovely modern work environment, with a flexible and social team, with free tea, coffee, fruit and bread on offer daily to all staff. Package includes flexible working, bonus scheme, pension, private health scheme and regular CPD.
