The Role: You will be involved in the design and delivery of development infrastructure, including:
- Highways (estate roads)
- Drainage design (surface water, foul water and SuDS)
- Earthworks strategies
- Utilities coordination
You will support projects from concept through to detailed design, working on a range of residential schemes from small developments to large multi-phase sites.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within a UK consultancy environment focused on civil infrastructure design
- Understanding of Section Agreements (S278, S38, S104, S106)
- Experience with industry-standard software such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, PDS, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage or Causeway Flow
