A well-established construction consultancy in Leeds is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role offers the chance to work with a highly regarded client base and play a key part in delivering complex, large-scale developments across the region and nationally.
The consultancy is particularly active in the Commercial, Leisure, Retail, and Living sectors, including Commercial, Build to Rent (BtR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), alongside a growing pipeline of industrial and logistics schemes.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful commercial outcomes from early feasibility through to project completion.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, providing strategic cost advice and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. This role will see you working directly with clients, contributing to project strategy and helping shape the successful delivery of major developments.
