This role sits within the civils team working closely around structures - delivering high-quality roads and drainage design solutions that support complex building and infrastructure projects across a diverse portfolio.
The Role
- You will take a lead technical role in the design and delivery of:
- Highways design (S38/S278)
- Surface water and foul drainage strategies (S104/S106)
- External works and levels coordination
- Detailed drainage and road design packages aligned with structural schemes
- Technical approvals and stakeholder coordination
You'll be working on varied projects across sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare and regeneration - offering real technical breadth and project ownership.
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in roads and drainage design around structures
- Proficient in Civil 3D and Causeway Flow
- Experience producing detailed design drawings and calculations
- Knowledge of UK design standards and approval processes
- Ability to manage projects or lead elements of delivery (Principal level will involve team leadership and client management)
