Are you a specialist maritime civil engineer?

This one is perfect for a Marine Project Manager who can take ownership of complex, high-risk marine and coastal infrastructure projects. This isn't a role for a generalist Project Manager, it's for someone who understands the realities of delivering in tidal, weather-affected, highly regulated environments and can lead a programme with clarity, discipline and technical credibility.

You'll be the driving force behind planning, sequencing, marine logistics, specialist subcontractor management and client engagement. If you thrive in environments where precision, foresight and calm leadership matter, this is the kind of project that will genuinely stretch and reward you.

What You'll LeadDelivery of marine structures: quays, jetties, dolphins, breakwaters, cofferdams, piling over water and marine foundationsDaily coordination of marine plant, vessels, jack-ups, barges and specialist subcontractorsProgramme ownership, including tidal windows, weather contingencies and marine lift planningCompliance with marine licences, environmental permits, harbour authority rules and CDMCommercial management under NEC (EWNs, CE management, forecasting, change control)Technical oversight of temporary works, marine lifts, fabrication tolerances and constructabilityStakeholder engagement with port authorities, regulators, designers, divers and marine specialistsLeadership of site teams, ensuring safety, quality and productivity remain consistently highWhat You BringProven experience delivering marine or heavy civil engineering works in coastal or port environmentsStrong planning capability (Primavera P6 preferred) with a realistic, practical approach to sequencingDeep understanding of marine construction methods and constraintsConfidence managing specialist subcontractors and complex interfacesStrong commercial awareness and NEC contract experienceAbility to remain composed, structured and decisive in unpredictable conditionsHigh-quality documentation, reporting and governance disciplineA delivery mindset... someone who drives progress rather than oversees itWhy JoinYou'll be part of a contractor with a strong marine pipeline, modern marine plant, and a reputation for delivering technically challenging projects.
